"Error getting data from row element record"

A database error has occurred.
Reinstall the hardware and software if there were errors during the most recent
installation/upgrade of the NAC system. If there were no errors during the installation/upgrade,
or if the problem persists after reinstallation, call your Northern Telecom service representative.
"Error opening cmd pipe %s"

Installation failed or the site has an improper version of the release materials.
Check your release materials (that is, version number and system type). If they are correct, then
reinstall the NAC system. Otherwise, call your Northern Telecom service representative.
"Error opening terminal."

was unable to properly read the database file. Verify that the NAC installation has no errors. If
no errors exist, contact your Northern Telecom service representative. Otherwise, re-install the
NAC software. Contact your Northern Telecom service representative if the problem persists.
