The format of a task error message is:

= error type (either FATAL or WARNING or

INFORMATIONAL)
= text of the error message

= program name
pppppppppp
= task name. This is the name of the executable file or
tttttttttt
library. If <Task> appears, this indicates that the error
message corresponds to more than one task.
= function name
ffff
= module name. This is the name of the individual software
mmmm
unit where this error occurred. If <Module> appears, this
indicates that the error message corresponds to more than
one module.
