SIP Subject Header
The SIP Subject header is the string value entered by the caller as the subject of
the call. If the caller uses Nortel MCS PC Client to make calls, there is a field
where the caller can enter the subject before initiating the call, as shown in the
following figure. It is not mandatory for the caller to enter a subject, and so this
intrinsic may not always contain a value.
SIP User Agent
The SIP User Agent intrinsic contains the details of the agent used by the
customer to make the call. For example, if the customer uses a PC Client 3.0 to
make the call, the user agent intrinsic contains the value Nortel PCC 3.0
[3.5.315].
CONTACT TYPE
The new intrinsic CONTACT TYPE provides the primary contact type (media
type) of the contact. In SIP Contact Center, this is normally either voice
(c_contact_type_voice_gv) or video (c_contact_type_video_gv).
System-defined global variables are created for CONTACT TYPE:
c_contact_type_voice_gv
c_contact_type_video_gv
