1. Basic automation configuration
Configure AF interface blocks, UNIT blocks, TRANSITION blocks,
AF processing blocks
2. Install BATCH flexible system
3. Configure BATCH system
Enter user, assign user authorization levels
4. Configure BATCH data
Read in configuration data from ES and check
Add to plant data (product list, physical units, AF types, parameter types)
5. Create recipe
Create new recipe
Fill out recipe header mask with product / quality, standard formula,
lower and higher limits, engineering unit
Create recipe topology (SFC):
Steps and transitions: sequential, parallel /alternative branches, loops
Assign automation functions to the steps and assign parameters
Specify step enabling conditions in the transitions
Check plausibility
Save recipe /save as
Release recipe 'for testing' or 'for production'
