Provided you have the corresponding user privileges for changing recipes and
the recipe has the status incomplete, you can input new values via this dialog.
Possible entries for the recipe header data are described in Chapter 4, Recipe
creation.
You can rename a selected recipe in the subsequent menu either with a new
name and/or a new version identifier. If a recipe with the same name and the
same version identifier already exists, renaming will not be possible.
The recipe you selected will be checked for plausibility. The plausibility of
the parameters will be checked against the plant data. A results display or
errors list will appear which shows whether, for example, the recipe header is
filled out, whether material is available, apparatuses are occupied, AFs and
transitions are configured in the recipe or whether the standardized batch
quantity is correct.
A requirement for this is that the recipe be edited (as described in Chapter 4
Recipe creation) as an SFC structure with the elements step (AF), transition
and structure elements (for example, loop) as well as the corresponding
detailed planning of the recipe data (recipe header and recipe body).
The plausibility check does not change the recipe status.
A recipe which you have selected will be released for testing for further
editing and receives the status Released for testing. A requirement for this is
the plausibility of the recipe, which is tested first (see Figure 3-7, Page 3-13).
Should errors occur during the plausibility check, they will be displayed and
the recipe status will remain as incomplete.
A recipe which you have selected will be released for production for further
editing via the 'Edit' menu and is given the status released for production. A
requirement for this is the plausibility of the recipe, which is tested first (see
Figure 3-7, Page 3-13). If the recipe has already been released for testing,
plausibility testing will not take place again.
The difference between testing and production is that different rights are in
practice applicable to different user routines (for example, test mode with
water ...).
Should errors occur during the plausibility check, they will be displayed and
the recipe status will remain as incomplete.
A recipe with the status released for productioncan be put into the state of
release canceled if you select 'Cancel release'. However if the original status
is released for testing, the recipe will be given the status incomplete (see
Figure 3-7, Page 3-13).
