System variables

When system variables are selected they will be output. It is not possible to
create new system variables. Four system variables with the following
significance are present (the superuser can change their values):
1. BATCH_PORT_NR
This is the PORT number for TCP/IP communication with distributed
BATCH installation. The PORT number is evaluated by BATCH Broker.
The default value is 7002.
2. OS_MELD_OFFSET
The default value is set here to 2000. This means that the BATCH
messages collected in Table 8-1 must be adapted with this OS offset (see
Chapter 8).
3. CST_XRT_CYCLE
The preset cycle of 3 min. is used for the acquisition of all variables
reported to the monitoring unit for reasons of safety in this slow
background cycle.
4. CDV_CYCLE
This is the cycle (the default is 1 min.) in which batch data preparation
takes over batch data from the OS archive. In the case of higher quantities
of batch data, this cycle should be changed, in other words, set higher.
