When transition blocks are selected, all transition block names are presented
in a window for selection. Following selection and Edit you will be given the
apparatus in question and its symbolic name for designating the transition
block. Via the Parameters index card a maximum of 20 parameter
designations (10 binary, 10 analog) with units is displayed and these can be
input as operands into the logical connection of the transition.
The measuring points are required in recipe creation during parametrization
of the recipe header (recording of curve points during batch processing) and
of the transition. When selecting the measuring points you will be shown a
list indicating previously selected measuring points from the OS measured
value archive. With the 'New...' button you can select further measuring
points from the OS archive for use in BATCH flexible or delete specific
measuring points for further use. With the selected measuring points you can
use the 'Edit...' button to specify and modify the assignment of the apparatus
and also the unit of measurement.
The options described above also apply to the parameter types. Here you can
however also add a new parameter type together with designation, parameter
values and description via the New... key.
Note
Before plant or production data can be changed, the following points should
be observed:
1. No batches may be in progress.
2. Batches which have already been executed must be exported.
3. Release of all batches and recipes must have been canceled.
