Note
You can also start the recipe editor by selecting a recipe from the recipes list
by double-clicking on it. Similar ways also exist of starting the other
applications.
The BATCH flexible Object Manager makes it possible to start all installed
applications on the corresponding computers.
Select an application from the applications list and quit the application via
the 'Edit' menu or via the 'Context' menu. The BATCH flexible Object
Manager terminates the active application. You can see that the application
has ended from the word 'inactive' appearing in the status display. You
cannot end an application unless you have the corresponding user privileges
(see Chapter 3.3.5).
When you try to quit an application you may be asked to confirm this, if the
application is still active and the corresponding status information (other
BATCH flexible applications are still active) is displayed. If you reply in the
negative to this request for confirmation, the 'Terminate application'
procedure will be aborted.
With the aid of the function "Delete entry" in the "Edit" menu you can
remove entries from the applications list. This makes sense if you have
removed one or more applications because the application list could not be
updated during deinstallation. If you have erroneously deleted applications
from the list which have not been removed, you can start them from
Windows. Here the application in question adds itself once again to the list.
