Recipe creation
General
requirements
Requirements for
creating a recipe
4-2
The following requirements apply to working with recipe creation:
1. Since with BATCH flexible a recipe is created on the basis of automation
functions, these must be present as PLC user structures.
2. The blocks UNIT, AF_n and TRANS which are specific to BATCH
flexible must have been already created with CFC and have been passed
as OK (plausible) via the BOM functions 'Read in configuration data' and
'Check configuration data'.
3. The AF interface blocks must be linked to the AF processing blocks.
4. You must be authorized for recipe generation functions by the
corresponding entry in the user list (see Chapter 3.3.5).
The following configuration data are a requirement for creating recipes:
1. The user structures which are required must have already been created
with CFC/SFC. When required, automation functions not as yet existing
can be put together and then used in a recipe SFC. If AF instances are
removed from the presentation lists or AF instances already used are
modified (for example LL, HL, parameter text) this will have an effect on
recipes already created. This applies in particular to 'released' recipes,
since batches can be produced from them without any further checks
being made. For this reason they are given the status of 'Release
canceled' and must be subjected to a fresh check before they can be given
back their 'released' status. The status 'release canceled' is distinguished
from the status 'incomplete' to prevent the information that the recipe has
already been 'released' once from being lost. 'Incomplete' recipes are
checked upon release (see Figure 4-25, Page 4-37, State transitions).
2. Control recipes (batches) which have already been released should no
longer be present in the BATCH system when there are massive changes
in the basic automation (new compilation followed by a general loading
of the PLC). This is because new compilation (assignment of DBs to the
automation functions) could result in the wrong automation functions
being accessed.
