From a text entry window, press H

Select a text entry mode and press @
T9 abc/T9 Abc/T9 ABC: Enter characters in T9 mode.
abc/Abc/ABC (Multi Tap mode): Enter characters using the Keypad.
Pict: Enter pictographs.
Numeric: Enter numbers using the Keypad.
My Pictograms: Enter My Pictograms.
