AT Commands Reference
After the operator list, the TA returns lists of the supported <mode>s and <format>s. These lists are separated from the operator
list by two commas.
Command
AT+COPS=?
The following table shows the +COPS parameters.
<Parameter>
<format>
Indicates whether the format is alphanumeric or numeric.
The long alphanumeric format can be up to 16 characters
long. The short alphanumeric format can be up to 8
characters long.
The numeric format is the GSM Location Area Identification
number, consisting of a three BCD digit country code, plus
a two BCD digit network code, which is administration
specific.
The returned <oper> is not in BCD format, but in IRA
characters converted from BCD, and therefore the number
has the following structure:
(country code digit 3)(country code digit 2)(country code
digit 1)(network code digit 2)(network code digit 1)
