Description
2-digit year [1970-2069]
2-digit month [01-12]
2-digit day of month [00-31]
2-digit hour [00-23]
2-digit minute [00-59]
2-digit seconds [00-59]
(optional) time zone offset from GMT, in
quarter-hours [-47...+48]. If this value is not
specified, the time zone offset will default to the
value currently stored in the g20.
