Water Pressure Regulator

Purpose: The pressure regulator is a control valve
that reduces the input water pressure to a desired
output pressure/flow rate. The brewer internal
regulator is factory set at 20psig.
Note: Regulator specification is 1 - 25 psig.
TEST INSTRUCTION
Factory Setting is 20psig
A pressure gauge allows direct reading of the pres-
sure, and is used for reading of the adjusted output
pressure setting.
Increase Pressure: Rotate "T" handle clockwise.
Decrease Pressure: Rotate "T" handle counter clock-
wise.
Note: If you do not have a pressure gauge to pre-
cisely set your replacement pressure regulator before
installing in brewer, you can loosen locking nut,
rotate "T" handle clockwise until it stops and note
position of "T" handle. Next, rotate "T" handle 7 1/2
full turns counter clockwise, tighten lock nut. This will
be close to 20psig setting.
Note: Water regulator set too low in the brewer will
cause a very loud obnoxious vibrating sound.
