REMEDY
c. Ensure both door switches are in
service mode. Test piston motor for
48.0 VDC
d. Check wiring between piston motor
and input/Output circuit board J16 con-
nector for continuity
a. Reset limit thermostat and investi-
gate why it tripped. Over temperature
or current
b. Check element for proper resistance.
Open - replace tank with element
c. Enter Heaters tab under Service icon.
Test SSR operation by touching test but-
ton to active the SSR. The SSR Green
LED will illuminate when operated and
extinguish when not activated. Current
can be monitored as well during test
d. Check temperature sensor for proper
temperature/resistance range
a. Check wiring harness connection
points before temperature sensor
replacement
a. Solid state relay could e shorted tank
element is drawing current when it sup-
posed to be off
