10.4.2 - ICD Connection

The 10-pin ICD connector (CAB000391) port is used to connect the ICD touch screen
§
(optional) to the Y724.
The ICD touch screen can be used for configuring all aspects of the Y724 including video
§
recording, video playback, IP cameras, etc.

10.4.3 - GPS Connection

A GPS module with a 5 GHz antenna (The Airlink 'Sharkfin' 6001116 is recommended)
must be attached in order to embed vehicle location and vehicle speed information with
the video.

10.4.4 - IP Camera Connection

Gatekeeper IP Transit Cameras (types including TX242IP, TI252IP, and TX202IP) can be
connected to the Y724 through the use of the 8-PRS connector coupled with a standard Cat 5
cable.
The 8-PRS connection to a Cat 5 cable (including support for GSWHCAT5-15MLD,
GSWHCAT5-20MLD, GSWHCAT5-30MLD, and GSWHCAT5-35MLD types) makes use of
the 16 available Cat 5 cable ports found on the rear of the Y724 to provide camera
connectivity.
