Operation
General Information
General
•
The WBM attachment has several pinch points. Stay clear when the attachment is
in operation. Correctly support the attachment before performing maintenance or
inspections.
•
Read and understand all operating procedures before using the attachment.
•
Use caution when driving on side hills or ramps to avoid machine instability.
•
Before leaving the cab for any reason, turn the attachment's main power switch off, lower
the attachment, put the joystick in neutral and set the emergency brake.
Operation
•
Do not activate float valve (if applicable) when wing is off the ground.
•
Use safety cable when wing is in the up position and when in transit.
•
Disconnect safety cable before operating snow wing. Stow cable in a safe location.
•
Using the attachment for any other purpose than it was designed for may result in property
damage, serious injury or death.
•
Check all personnel / objects are at the recommended O.E.M (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) safe working distance from the operating area of the machine.
•
Conduct all operations on flat, dry ground where possible
Maintenance
•
If the attachment is not operating correctly have it checked and repaired by a qualified
service technician before use.
•
Only use the correct replacement parts as described in your parts manual. Failure to do
so may alter attachment/ machine performance and may cause damage to the attachment
or the machine.
Incorrect operation may result in property damage, serious injury or death.
