PARTS, SERVICE AND INSTALLATION

OPERATION

GENERAL SAFETY
Operation
Only use the grapple to lift logs. Each load should be well-balanced. "Heeling" logs can cause
damage to the grapple. Do not bulldoze logs into place. Do not use the grapple to push or pull
the loader. Do not use the grapple to dig stumps. Failure to comply could result in damage to the
grapple or to the machine.
Do not slam logs into the ground when pencilling a load. Position the load vertically and slightly
release the grip of the grapple, allowing the logs to stand on the ground. Avoid letting the logs
fall from a vertical position. Failure to comply could result in damage to the grapple or to the
machine.
Engage or disengage attachments away from all personnel, as the attachment may drop without
warning. Failure to do so may result in property damage, serious injury or death.
