Function
Nothing moves
Blade Lift Cylinder Creeping

Wing chatters when raising

Only use the correct replacement parts as described in your parts manual. Failure to do so may
alter attachment/ machine performance, cause damage to the attachment or the machine, and
result in property damage or serious injury.

adjusting.
! CAUTION
Remedy
- Check switches are functioning
- Check fuses
- Check wires and connections
- Check hydraulic fluid level
- Check jump hoses are connected
correctly
- Check machine valve lever in
neutral
To determine whether cylinder is
leaking, cap lines coming off the
cylinder. If the cylinder still creeps,
contact Weldco-Beales Mfg. for
further information.
If the float on the snow wing is not
operating properly, check the control
valve to determine if the installation
has been done correctly. O-rings
should be checked for damage
incurred during installation.
If the snow wing moldboard goes
over centre in the raised or transport
position, and the cylinder is not
capable of retracting the moldboard,
one should seek assistance in
returning the moldboard to its proper
stowed position. Do this in a clear,
open area and in a safe manner.
Check to determine if the pushpole
stops have been correctly installed.
Adjust if necessary.
