HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
Six hoses are required to complete the hydraulic circuit from the pushpole extension
cylinder to the WBM valve. There is one pair of hoses for each of the following hose
paths:
a. The WBM valve to the rear of the motor grader.
Route a set of hoses along the inside of the grader frame, from the WBM
hydraulic control valve (pushpole cylinder section of the valve) to the rear of
the motor grader. If required, install the bulkhead connection on the rear of the
grader.
b. The rear of the motor grader to the rear mount.
Route a set of hoses from the snow wing rear mount bulkhead plate to the
bulkhead connections on the rear of the motor grader frame.
c. The rear mount to the pushpole cylinder.
Route the pushpole extension cylinder hoses from the cylinder extend and
retract ports to the bulkhead connections on the snow wing rear mount.
