WARNING
Incorrectly adjusted anti-tipper
Risk of falling as a result of incorrectly adjusted anti-tipper.
► The anti-tipper may only be adjusted by qualified personnel.
The anti-tipper prevents the wheelchair from tipping backwards when overcoming obstacles and going uphill.
The anti-tipper is set for a maximum ground clearance of 50 mm and so that the anti-tipper rollers, as a minimum,
project fully beyond the largest diameter of the drive wheels.

9.11.1 Activating and deactivating the anti-tipper

Activation
1) The anti-tipper is pressed down with the hand or foot (see fig. 60, item 1; see fig. 61, item 1).
2) Swing the anti-tipper back and allow it to engage (see fig. 60, item 2; see fig. 61, item 2).

Deactivation
1) From above, press on the anti-tipper with the hand or foot until it disengages (see fig. 62, item 1; see fig. 63,
item 1).
2) Rotate the anti-tipper forward by 180° and release it (see fig. 62, Pos. 1; see fig. 63, Pos. 1).
