Flex the joint between 5 – 65° and keep it at rest
for one second
•
Slowly extend the joint up to the desired angle
•
Keep the joint at rest for one second until it
shortly vibrates (→ now it can be fully loaded)
•
Exit Manual Stance Function via knee extension
or a large backward rotation of the thigh
