Use stance flexion resistance

Within the parallel bars, stand on a step board
•
Support user at knee and hip
•
Foot placement (prosthetic side):
–
Only the posterior third of the foot is placed
on the step/board
–
Knee remains straight and load prosthesis
–
Step down with sound side and allow knee
flexion on the prosthetic side

Avoid residual limb extension!
