Replacement of axis caps (pear-shaped covers)
The knee joint must be inspected for further damage!
•
The knee joint does not necessarily have to
be sent to an authorized service center if an
axis cap is missing
•
To replace the axis caps a C-Leg 4 certificate is
compulsory
•
The repair kit can be ordered and comes with
instructions (4Y491) → order two if needed
→
A complaint report has to be created by an
authorized Ottobock service center
