Mounting

The charge amplifier can be mounted with two M3 bolts. The charge amplifier
can be mounted in any position.
The signal inputs and outputs are electrically isolated from the housing and the
CMA. So no isolating elements are necessary.
Mounting example for CMA, dimensions in mm (1 mm = 0.03937 inches)
