Remove O-ring
Take off the lower triple clamp with the steering stem.
Remove the upper steering head bearing.
Main work
Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage,
and grease.

High viscosity grease
Position the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount
the upper steering head bearing.
Check whether upper steering head seal
tioned.
Mount protective ring

Position the upper triple clamp with the handlebar.
Mount screw
Position the clutch line in the guide above the voltage regula
tor.
Position the fork legs.
