If the vehicle is operated for a lengthy period with play in the steering head bearing, the bearings and the
bearing seats in the frame can become damaged over time.

Tighten screws

Secure the wiring harness with cable holder @).

Tighten screws

Secure the wiring harness with cable holder@).

Position the brake caliper. Mount and tighten screws Ci) with
the washers.

Mount the cable tie(s).

Position the brake line, wiring harness, and clamp. Mount and
tighten screws
Finishing work
-
Install front fender.
-
Install the front wheel.
-
Install the headlight mask with the headlight.
-
Check that the wiring harness, throttle cables, and brake and
clutch lines can move freely and are routed correctly.

Check the play of the steering head bearing. (!!:,!Ip. 41)

Remove the motorcycle from the lift stand.
-
Check the headlight setting.
Incorrect steering head bearing play impairs the handling characteristic and
