UPS status after blade shutdown
Select either of "Put UPS running on battery to sleep" or "Put all UPS to temporarily
sleep" when the EM card shuts down the CPU blade because the number of healthy UPSs
has decreased due to input power lost.
The UPS is put in temporarily sleep state for 6 minutes.
The default setting is "Put UPS running on battery to sleep". You need not to change in
usual case.
NOTE:
While the Web console of the UPS is open or the command
line console of the UPS is connected, the sleep feature is unavailable.
UPS Sleep Delay
Specify the time until the UPS actually enters into sleep state after the sleep command is
issued to UPS, in the unit of second. Available value depends on the UPS model. See the
table below. The default setting is 90 seconds.
If an illegal value is specified for the relevant UPS, the longest time allowed for that UPS
is set.Ex.) If "120" is specified for N8142-29, "630" seconds is set.
