Boot Configuration
You can select either of EM or BIOS SETUP menu to configure boot device. Selecting
[Enable] allows you to specify the target boot device in [PXE Boot] or [iSCSI/FC/HDD
Boot] as shown below. If you want to specify the target boot device from BIOS SETUP
menu, select [Disable] for [Boot Configuration].
– PXE boot
Select whether to specify PXE as the boot device.
– iSCSI/FC/HDD Boot
Select whether to specify iSCSI/FC/HDD as the boot device. Select either one from
pull-down menu.
NOTES:
When [Boot Configuration] is set to "Enable", [PXE boot] must be
"Enable", or [iSCSI/FC/HDD Boot] must be other than "None".
B120a, B120b:
If [Boot Configuration] is set to "Disable" and [vIO Control] is set
to "Enable", the PXE boot is enabled on onboard LAN port 1.
B120d-h, B120d, B110d, B120e, B120e-h, B120f, B120f-h,
B120g-h:
Option Rom Scan is enabled on onboard LAN ports 1 and 2.
If any of the following device is installed, Option Rom Scan is also
enabled.

– [N8403-083(F)] 10GbE (2ch) Riser Card (iSCSI-compliant)
– [N8403-084(F)] 10GBASE Adapter (2ch)
– [N8403-085(F)] 10GBASE Adapter (2ch) (iSCSI-compliant)
– [N8403-094(F)] 1GbE (2ch) Riser Card
– [N8403-095(F)] 10GbE (2ch) Riser Card
– [N8403-096(F)] 10GbE (2ch) Riser Card (iSCSI-compliant)
– [N8403-097(F)] 10GbE (2ch) Adapter
– [N8403-098(F)] 10GbE (2ch) Adapter (iSCSI-compliant)
– [N8403-099(F)] 10GbE (4ch) Adapter
– [N8403-100(F)] 10GbE (4ch) Adapter (iSCSI-compliant)
If you have already changed the parameter on BIOS SETUP menu
or Option ROM, set the [Boot Configuration] to "Enable", and
specify the priority appropriately.
