Troubleshooting

For technical assistance (i.e., troubleshooting), please call (800) 311-5452, and
enter option 3. This will transfer your call to the Service and Repair department
where a technician will assist you in resolving the issue you are experiencing.
If there is an issue that cannot be handled during the phone conversation, you will
be directed to Service and Repair website (i.e., service.nexiq.com) to schedule a
repair.
See Scheduling a Repair, next in this appendix.
