Passwords must be at least six (6) characters in length.
If you select United States or Canada in the Country field, the Franchisee
field is displayed at the bottom of the list of Company Details. Select the
appropriate franchisee name from the list, or scroll down to the bottom of the
list and select Other.

Review the information to ensure that it is accurate.

Touch Create.
The new account is created, and a "Are you sure you want to register this
device to this account?" is displayed.

Touch Yes.
