11.8.1 Identification
Function description
Integer to boolean 16 conversion
with logic node representation
11.8.2 Application
Integer to boolean 16 conversion with logic node representation function (IB16FCVB) is used to
transform an integer into a set of 16 binary (logical) signals. IB16FCVB function can receive an
integer from a station computer – for example, over IEC 61850–8–1. These functions are very useful
when the user wants to generate logical commands (for selector switches or voltage controllers)
by inputting an integer number. IB16FCVB function has a logical node mapping in IEC 61850.
11.8.3 Settings
The function does not have any parameters available in the local HMI or Protection and Control IED
Manager (PCM600)

11.9.1 Identification
Function Description
Elapsed time integrator
11.9.2 Application
The function TEIGGIO is used for user defined logics and it can also be used for different purposes
internally in the IED . An application example is the integration of elapsed time during the
measurement of neutral point voltage or neutral current at earth fault conditions.
Settable time limits for warning and alarm are provided. The time limit for overflow indication is
fixed.
