External OD sensor

[66] External OD sensor.
The ALS30x can be equipped with an optional
sensor [64] to check the outer diameter (OD sensor) of
the label roll. The OD sensor triggers a display mes-
sage and a signal at the signal interface, if less than a
certain residual diameter is left on the label roll.
Permitted sensor type: PNP
Article numbers: RH A9416, LH A9392 (for both un-
winder types, 300 mm and 400 mm diameter)
Mounting
Tool:
8 mm hex socket key
1. Remove screw [65A].
2. Fix light barrier holder [65B] with screw [65A] as
pictured.

The stud at the unwinder holder [65C] must en-
gage with the drilling at the light barrier holder.
