The reduction ratio of the gear (motor axle rotates faster than drive axle) must be con-
sidered, when entering the rotary encoder data. This can be done on two ways:
Entering the rotary encoder resolution
1. Call the function (LMA)
2. Enter the resolution of the rotary encoder to be used.
Entering the diameter of the measuring wheel
[83] Installed rotary encoder.
The measuring wheel [83A] translates the conveyer belt movement into rotation of the
rotary encoder shaft [83B]. The diameter of the measuring wheel therefore influences
the rotational speed of the rotary encoder.
1. Call the function
2. Enter the diameter of the measuring wheel to be used.
