1.4.6 Average dark signal

Measure the sensor output signal of a measurement area shown in the Figure 1.4.5 below in the
light-shielded state at the standard imaging state and calculate the "average dark signal" from the following
formula.
Average dark signal (LSB) = average signal output of the measurement area

1.4.7 OB level difference

Measure the sensor output signal of a measurement area shown in the Figure 1.4.6 below in the
light-shielded state at the standard imaging state. Determine the average of the active pixel area ( EAave )
and the average of the OB area ( OBave ), and substitute the values into the following formula.
OB level difference (LSB) = EAave - OBave
Determine the OB level difference using the above formula at the accumulation time of 1/16.25 seconds
and 1 second. And calculate the OB level difference at the accumulation time of 2 seconds from the result
and the difference of 1/16.25 seconds and 1 second.
