1.9 Packing Specification

1. Applicability Specifications for the standardized shipping packing for HD trays.
2. Overview
Trays are loaded with 120 devices each, six of these trays (the upper tray
being empty) are stacked and taped together as a unit that holds 600 devices.
Silica gel is placed on the tray unit and the unit is inserted in an aluminum
pack (with a warning label) to create a pack. two of these packs are
assembled and packed in a box.

3. Trays These trays hold 120 devices products each and five full trays
(with a total of 600 devices) are stacked with a sixth empty tray at the top
and taped (at 3 points) together.
