1.4 Test methods of imaging characteristics

Definition of the "standard imaging state"
1) The standard operating voltage is applied for both the bias voltage and the clock signal in the
sensor driving conditions during testing..
2) Test conditions are as follows unless otherwise specified:
- accumulation time : 1/16.25 seconds. (16.25 fps)
- temperature : 25°C
3) V-cycle and H-cycle are set to normal specified value.
Definition of the "standard illuminance"
The standard illuminance is defined as using a Halogen bulb (color temperature : 3200 K), inserting an IR
cut filter (CM500S, t=2.5mm) in the optical path, and achieving an illuminance of 6.51 lx at the sensor
surface. The illuminance of the sensor surface with above conditions is the standard illuminance.
(Lens aperture : F8 equivalent)
Definition of the "saturated illuminance"
Saturated illuminance is defined as achieving 208 lx that means 32 times of standard illuminance.
Sensor output value
When the OB area is specified, sensor output is defined as subtracting the OB area output from the
effective pixel area output.
Definition of the accumulation time "1/30 seconds" mode.
Accumulation time is 1/30 seconds. Everything else is the same setting as the standard imaging state.
The light source is shielded.
