STANDARD EVENT STATUS REGISTER (ESR)
Events reported by the STANDARD EVENT STATUS register may be queried via the *ESR? command.
Reading the ESR register clears it. The EVENT STATUS summary bit in the STATUS BYTE (STB) will
be set when an unmasked EVENT STATUS bit goes true. Refer to figure 5.2.
