Optional Provisioning for PPPoE

Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) is a network protocol that enables data commu-
nication between two network entities or points.
Provisioning an ONT with a subtended host will enable you to get the web interface to setup
the PPPoE parameters. To provision this feature, complete the following steps:
