The following Hazard symbols are used throughout this guide:

Hazard - Hardware

Protective measures are requirements for the protection of people, equipment, and the
environment.

WARNING!
Warning indicates a hazard which, if not avoided, could result in death, injury, or serious
property damage.
C
CAUTION!
This symbol combined with the CAUTION! signal word indicates that a Laser product is incor-
porated with the product and provides compliance and safety information governing its use.

CAUTION!
Caution indicates a hazard, which if not avoided, could result in service interruption, damage
to the equipment or minor property damage.
g
NOTE
Notes inform the user of additional, but essential, information or features.

This symbol indicates a tip.

is negligible (software related).
