Loss of mechanical or electrical safety resulting from
reprocessing of the device and accessories with unsuitable
cleaning agents and disinfectants!
Using incorrect cleaning agents and disinfectants might cause
damage to the surface of the device and/or accessories, as well
as impairing electrical and insulating properties. This can result
in severe or life-threatening injury to the user and patient.

Risk of injury and damage to property due to residues
of disinfectants and cleaning agent on the portable unit
and accessories!
Disinfectant or cleaning agent residues can impair the functioning
of the device. This can injure the user and patient and result in
damage to property.
 After hygienic reprocessing, check the device and accessories
visually for residues of cleaning agents or disinfectants and,
if necessary, remove any residues.
 Perform a full function check after every hygienic reprocessing.
 Do not immerse the device in liquids.
Risk of explosion due to ingress of liquids in combination
with oxygen!
The ingress of liquids can result in explosion and cause serious
or life-threatening injuries to the patient, user or bystanders.
 Never immerse fittings, e.g., pressure reducers, valves and
pressure hoses in disinfectant or other liquids.
 Do not remove the low-pressure hose from the compressed
gas connection during hygienic reprocessing so that no liquids
can get into the device.
