Locate a backup file with a specific name or creation date.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Backup and Restore.
2. Sort the backup files:
To sort the backup files by name, tap the Backup File Name heading.
To sort the files by the date they were created, tap the Date Created heading.
Delete a backup file if it is no longer required or is uploaded in error.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Backup and Restore.
2. Select a backup file and tap Delete.
3. To confirm, tap Delete.
An upgrade package is used to upgrade the projector software.
A maximum of 10 upgrade packages can be stored. When you add an upgrade package exceeding this limit,
the system deletes the upgrade package last used.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > System Upgrade.
2. Tap + Add New Package.
3. Browse to the location of the upgrade package.
4. Type a name for the upgrade package and tap Accept.
Select a specific upgrade file to install from a list of upgrade files.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > System Upgrade.
A list of upgrade files appears in the left pane.
Install an upgrade package to update the projector software.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > System Upgrade.
2. In the list of packages, tap an upgrade package.
3. In the right pane, select one of these options:
