Setting PPTP Parameters

To set the PPTP parameters of the ANG, perform the following steps:

Click on the Protocols option.
The IPsec Configuration window appears as shown in Figure 57.

Click on the PPTP tab.
The PPTP configuration window appears as shown in Figure 58.

Choose to Enable or Disable 128-bit Encryption.
This option can enable 128-bit key Microsoft Point-to-Point
Encryption (MPPE) on the tunnel. To support 128-bit keys, the ANG
may require a 128-bit encryption upgrade available from Microsoft.
NOTE
If 128-bit encryption is chosen, ANGs with 40-bit encryption will not be
able to connect over PPTP with Aurorean Virtual Network.
