Reboot the ANG

Aurorean Installation & Service Guide
using the following arguments:
MM - the current month (01 - 12).
DD - the current day (01 - 31).
hh - the current hour in 24-hour style (01 for 1 AM, 13 for 1PM).
mm - the current minute (00 - 60).
YY - the current year. Use the last two digits (01 for 2001).

After entering the date and time, press
The new date and time will be displayed. For example, entering
123014150001 will display:
Sat Dec 30 14:15 EST 2001
NOTE
To synchronize the hardware clock "BIOS" to the system clock, at the
command line type setclock then press

On the ANG command line, type: reboot and press
This action will disconnect your Telnet session. You must wait a few
minutes before the ANG reboots. You can test when the reboot is
complete by performing the following steps.

Open another DOS window.

At the command prompt, type: ping -t 192.168.1.2. Wait for the
"Reply from 192.168.1.2" message to display.
Once you see the above message display, continue with
ANG-3000/7000 general configuration on the next page.
CAUTION
If you migrate the Management.db from one APS to another, or revise
tunnel information stored in the Management.db, you must reboot the
ANG following the change because the ANG now transmits information
to the APS. Failure to reboot the ANG will cause a client kit build to fail.
