Mounting & Connecting Systems

Secure the System to the Rack

Use the screws provided with the rack to fasten the system's front flanges to
the rack as shown in Figure 17.

Removing the System From the Rack

If you need to remove the system from the rack perform the following steps:

Fasten server using screws supplied with rack

1 Unscrew the two screws holding the system flanges to the rack.
2 Slide the system out of the rack as far as possible.
3 When the assembly locks, press the lock arm on both sides of the
rails to release the system as shown in Figure 18.
4 Remove the system from the rack.
