1.3 INTENDED USE
DANGER
The machine must not be used for purposes other
than those for which it is intended.
The trailer is designed for transport of har-
vested crops and agricultural products as
well as loose, bulk and long load materials
at the farm and on public roads.
It is acceptable to transport construction
materials, mineral fertilizers and other
loads, if fulfilling conditions indicated in
section 4. Non-compliance with the recom-
mendations for the carriage and loading
of goods described by the Manufacturer
and the road transport regulations in force
in the country in which the trailer is used
shall void the warranty and is regarded as
use of the machine contrary to its intended
purpose.
The trailer may only be aggregated with
agricultural tractors that meet all the re-
quirements specified in table (1.2) "Agri-
cultural tractor requirements."
The trailer is not intended or designed
for transporting people, animals or goods
classified as dangerous materials
In the event that a second trailer is to be
hitched to the trailer, it must meet the re-
quirements specified in table (1.3)

The trailer speed must not, however, be greater than
the maximum design speed of 40 km/h.
The brake system and the light and indi-
cator system meet the requirements of
road traffic regulations. In the countries
where the trailer is used, the limits stipu-
lated by the road traffic legislation in force
in a given country must be observed.

Using it as intended also involves all ac-
tions connected with the safe and proper
operation and maintenance of the ma-
chine. Due to the above, the user is obliged
to:
• carefully read the Operator Manual
and the Warranty Book and follow in-
structions in these documents,
• understand the trailer operating prin-
ciple and how to operate it safely and
correctly,
• adhere to the established mainte-
nance and adjustment plans,
• comply with general safety regula-
tions while working,
