Technical inspection schedule
consequence of which may be breaking
the connection thread or breaking off the
hub pin.
Wheel nuts should be tightened:
• after the first use of the trailer
(one-time inspection),
• every 2-3 hours of driving during the
first month of use,
• every 30 hours of trailer travel.
The above activities should be repeated if
a wheel has been removed from the wheel
axle.
TIGHTEN THE DRAWBAR EYE
Drawbar eye tightness should be checked
simultaneously with wheel nut tightness
checking. The tightening torque of the
M20x80 bolts should be 395 Nm. Nuts
should be tightened gradually diagonally,
using torque spanner.
