Contacts and Coils
The contact of the function block is evaluated in the circuit diagram. It closes
for the on time and opens for the off time on the defined days.

The weekly timer controls a device output directly.
Parametric programming of the function block inputs/outputs
When using the function block in the circuit diagram for the first time, use
OK to automatically enter the general display of function block parameters,
as shown in the figure on the left. The function block settings are carried out
here. The display contains the following elements:
Function block: Weekly timer, number 14

Time switch channel: A
A
Parameter set can be called via the PARAMETERS menu

Day 1: Day on which the switch-on is to occur for the first time (start of time period).
>DY1
Day 2: Day on which the switch-off is to occur for the last time (end of time period).
>DY2
Closing delay: 00:00 - 23:59, No on switching: --:--
>ON
Break time: 00:00-23:59,
>OFF
No off switching: --:--
Channel
For each weekly timer channels A, B, C and D are available. These channels
all act jointly on the contact Q1 of the 7-day time switch.

Day 1 and day 2
These parameters DY1/DY2 are used to limit the period in which the output
HW..Q1 is switched.
