Replace fuel filter
FUEL

Replace fuel pump outlet filter (ACE)
Replace drive pulley slider shoes, O-ring and rollers and inspect ramps
(1200 4-TEC and 900 ACE)
DRIVE
Replace brake fluid
SYSTEM AND
BRAKE
Lubricate the splines of joint between QRS axle and gearbox
Lubricate the splines of joint between driven pulley and QRS axle
Retighten rear member screws to frame to specified torque (XU)
FRAME
24 N•m (18 lbf•ft)
ELECTRICAL
Replace spark plugs
SYSTEM
Check valve clearance and adjust if necessary. (1200 4-TEC)
ENGINE
Replace engine coolant
ENGINE
EVERY 6 000 KM (4,000 MI) OR 2 YEARS
(WHICHEVER COMES FIRST)
