MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (2-STROKE)

NOTE: The maintenance schedule does not exempt the pre-ride inspection.
Failure to properly maintain the vehicle according to the maintenance
schedule and procedures can make it unsafe to operate.
Models with chaincase: Adjust drive chain
DRIVE
Models with chaincase: Check chaincase oil level
SYSTEM
Models with gearbox: Check oil level
Inspect heat shields
Inspect engine rubber mounts
Inspect exhaust system and check for leaks
ENGINE
Inspect cooling system cap, hoses and clamps and check for leaks
Adjust engine stopper
Visually inspect and clean drive pulley
Tighten drive pulley retaining screw to specified torque
DRIVE
Clean driven pulley
SYSTEM AND
BRAKE
Adjust and align track
Inspect brake hose, pads and disk
STEERING
Inspect steering mechanism
SYSTEM
Inspect front suspension
Inspect rear suspension and stopper strap.
Lubricate front and rear suspension whenever the vehicle is used in wet
SUSPENSION
conditions (wet snow, rain, puddles)
Check ski leg bushing and bearing. Replace if needed.
All models with T/A shocks, oil change / service.
ELECTRICAL
Replace spark plugs (All except of E-TEC)
SYSTEM

EVERY 1 500 KM (1,000 MI)
EVERY 3 000 KM (2,000 MI) OR 1 YEAR
