Troubleshooting
Injury hazard!
Ignorance of proper machine handling is very dangerous.
Improper handling can lead to serious injuries.
For all service and repair work:
Make sure you observe the safety instructions and accident
prevention regulations.
Disconnect the unit's power supply from the mains electricity.
Only qualified electricians are permitted to work on electrical
modules.
Service and repair work should be carried out by authorised
technicians only.

Malfunctions with diagnostic message
Cause
• Vacuum pump does not
switch off.
• Ventilation valve does not
open.
• No gas available or near end.
• Stop valve for the gas supply
is closed.
• Gas hose has a kink in it.
• Value for the gas flushing
pressure is set such that it
cannot be reached.
• The vacuum sensor is incor-
rectly calibrated.
• Vacuum sensor is defective.
• Gas valve does not open.
• Value for the Evacuation
pressure is set so low that it
cannot be reached.

Solution
• Notify the service.
• Notify the service.
• Connect inert gas or ensure
that there is sufficient gas
supply (e.g. change gas bot-
tle).
• Open the stop valve for the
gas supply.
• Remove the kink in the gas
hose.
• Correct the value for Gas
flushing pressure.
